Opting out of the stream.

Everyone expects the icons at the bottom of the page. The little bird. The little camera. The little octopus.

They are invitations to a stream. A place to count followers, to measure daily commits, to perform for the algorithm.

I decided not to perform.

Twitter is a great place to shout into the void. GitHub is a great place to showcase code. But I’m not here to shout, and my best work doesn't live in a public repository—it lives in the actual execution. It lives in the projects I build and the safety I ensure in the real world.

When we chase the metrics of social engagement, we often lose the thread of doing work that matters.

So, I don't have a Twitter feed to scroll or a GitHub commit graph for you to analyze.

If you want to see what I’m building, the projects are right here on this site.

And if you want to have a real conversation, send me an email. That is where the actual connection happens. Let's skip the stream and do the work instead.
