Context
AT&T needed certification letters for a nationwide CRAN footprint. The work was distributed across regional teams with different conventions, and the output had to be uniform enough to hand to municipalities and AHJs without a round of corrections.
Approach
I directed the initiative end to end — defining the deliverable, building the letter template, and putting validation in front of submission so structural errors were caught before a document reached a reviewer.
Regional teams kept their own source data and workflows; the automation normalised what came out the other side. That was the compromise that made national consistency achievable without re-training everyone.
Outcome
1,000+ nodes certified with a single consistent deliverable. Review cycles shortened because documents arrived correct the first time, and the standard held across every participating region.
